Dr. Hulse grew up in Onalaska and went on to study at Luther College in Decorah, IA. He attended the University of Minnesota Dental School. Upon graduation, Dr. Hulse was admitted to the prestigious General Practice Residency program at San Diego Naval Hospital. The Navy did not offer any financial incentive to join, his motivation was to grow his expertise in all areas of dentistry and to give back to his country. His love of the Coulee Region brought him back to the area where he established Hulse Dental as a way to contribute to a broader health care mission by giving back and devoting his efforts to the community in which he lived. He established Hulse Dental as a center for family dental care, restorative dentistry (fillings and crowns) and cosmetic dentistry, including teeth whitening, endodontic (root canal) & orthodontic (braces/Invisalign) services. Dr Hulse is an active member of the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, past Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota Dental School, former President of the La Crosse District Dental Society and recent Director of the La Crosse area Give Kids a Smile Program for 15 years. Dr. Hulse and his wife Jeanne live in Onalaska and have three sons, Kyle, Garrett and Calvin. He has a love of learning, and in his free-time enjoys spending time with his family, painting & drawing, and enjoys a passion for the outdoors, sports and travel.

Dr. Case became well acquainted with the coulee region while in college at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse where he studied biology and chemistry. Originally from Harmony, MN, Dr. Case elected to complete his dental education away from the area and attend Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. While there, he enjoyed spending his free time attending Creighton basketball games and running the trails along the Missouri River. Following his graduation, he was happy to come back to the Coulee Region which he had called home during his college years. Dr. Case is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association and the La Crosse Dental Association.
He loves his roots in Harmony and also enjoys spending his free time with friends and family, enjoying sports, and staying healthy physically. Dr. Case is a through and through Minnesota sports fan and he will gladly welcome any criticism that comes along with it. Dr. Case has a strong passion for delivering high quality care to his patients and is looking forward to continued growth at Hulse Dental in Onalaska.
